A: A speakers bureau is a company which traditionally represents professional speakers. Sometimes referred to as third-party brokers, some bureaus represent their speakers exclusively or they have access to speakers who work with many bureaus.

A: Damon Brooks works a bit differently than traditional speakers bureau, because we choose to remain small so we can give personalized service. We have a very defined subject matter, sometimes referred to as a boutique style speakers bureau. We work personally with each of our speakers. Because of our long time relationship with the disability community, we are able to personally secure many other speakers with a disability who are not listed on our site. We also consider you as our client, as well as our speakers.

Q: How much do speakers cost?
A: Traditionally, our speakers cost between $2,500 to $5,000. However, because all of our speakers have a disability, they are sensitive the needs of flexible pricing. Additional expenses will include air and ground travel, accommodations, and meals, which may be included in the speaker fee or purchased independently. DBA always confirms approval with the buyer, prior to any expense.

A: No, all of our expenses are absorbed within the speaker’s fee.
