As the new Director for Damon Brooks, I want to share some updates about our boutique speaker’s bureau:
My name is Justin Smith. I have over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, most recently for an international speaker’s bureau Damon Brooks & Associates, LLC is the only 501c3 non-profit speaker’s bureau dedicated exclusive to representing speakers from within the disability community While our founder, Marc Goldman, has stepped down to try to retire, he continues to be involved as a secondary contact, resource and my mentor

Damon Brooks NEW Featured Speakers
Tracy Schmitt – BRLS, B.Ed, MBA (in-person and virtual) “Unstoppable” Tracy can do it all! She is an academic, former Olympian, author, TV Host, consultant, and corporate leadership speaker, specializing in both development training and motivational keynotes. Schmitt is off to an incredible start in 2022, with keynotes given to Deloitte, HGA Group and California 911, and visits to Illinois, Washington, Chicago, LA, San Diego and Cairo, Egypt.
Spencer West (in-person and virtual) – In addition to giving educational and passionate keynote presentations, West is a visionary, activist, author, influencer and content creator, with millions of followers across social media. West doesn’t allow the genetic disease that took both his legs at the age of five to be a barrier, rather his inspiring words have reached listeners around the world, including organizations like Virgin Atlantic, KPMG, Staples, Financial Institutions, Insurance, Microsoft, Universal McCann, Ministry of Education, Colleges & Universities, YPO/WPO, SickKids Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs, and more.
Jose Rosario (in-person and virtual) – Jose Rosario, born with Cerebral Palsy, is a mental health expert and advocate, a charismatic speaker and a true friend. Rosario’s podcast and organization amplify the voices of underrepresented communities especially the mental health needs of minoritized groups while creating an inclusive environment for everyone. Colleges, non-profit organizations, large corporations as well as the TedX stage have provided a platform where Rosario has educated and delighted audiences across the country
It is my goal to continue the Damon Brooks mission of elevating the profiles of our incredible roster of speakers while helping clients find the best speaker or performer to suit their event needs and budget. I’m here for YOU and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with groups who have known Damon Brooks for years as well as first-timers.

Marc is an active volunteer at the famed Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara, California and enjoys applying his art and design background to designing and creating contemporary hooked rugs and other artistic projects. He resides in the beach area of the California central coast and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Congregation Am Ha Yam which approprietly means people of the sea.
